The project is located in the Sovetsky district of Kazan. It consists of 13 residential buildings with varying storeys and a stylish European architectural style. The private park and promenade contribute to the overall aesthetic appeal of the project. Initially, the idea for the development of the area was created by European architects who designed the buildings to comply with European standards. After adjusting the pre-designed proposal to Russian design guidelines and building regulations, the project was further refined. As part of my role on this project, I helped create working drawings and landscapes for courtyards and surrounding areas. Additionally, I calculated insulation requirements for apartments, which were later submitted to the architecture department for approval. The total area of land occupied by the project is 25 ha, with a housing area of approximately 138,000 m².
