The residential complex is located 5 minutes from Kazan in the Vysokogorsky District of the Republic of Tatarstan and is a comfort-class project with 14 houses, enclosed yards, a kindergarten, school, walking boulevard, variety of public spaces and a large parking lot. As part of this project I was involved in creating an urban planning concept, developing working drawings and designs for the yards and surrounding areas, and contributing to the calculation of insulation for apartments. The total area is 38 acres and the housing space is 175,000 square metres.
