The project is located near Sredny Kaban Lake, in Kazan, 30 meters from the water's edge. It comprises 3 residential buildings, with enclosed courtyards, a kindergarten and parking. I was involved in the development of the urban planning concept, which later led to the creation of working drawings and landscape designs for the courtyards and surroundings. Additionally, I worked on calculating the insulation for residential apartments within the architectural department. The total area of the project site is 6.4 hectares, with a total housing area of 60,000 square meters.
