A residential complex located in the Sovetsky district, a 10-minute drive from the Compressor Plant, was built on a plot of 7 hectares. The project included two 10-story buildings (each with two sections) and various amenities, such as walking areas and parking options. The complex offers apartments with private terraces on the ground floor. Residents can create their own corner of nature there, with a country atmosphere and all the amenities of modern city apartments. As part of this project, I developed the working drawings, designed the landscape, and calculated the insulation for residential apartments. The total housing area is about 70,000 square meters.
